Browned butter (also often called burnt butter) is really popular, and it’s used in many different recipes for its burnt, salty (if salted butter is used) caramel flavor. It is also makes a perfect, and very popular Carnivore treat! (often called Carnivore candy). It’s not really candy, but it’s the closest thing to candy for those of us on a carnivore diet. This is because it has that salty caramel flavor, and a chewy caramel-like texture that’s really pretty good!
There are plenty of ways to use browned butter whether you’re on a carnivore diet, or not. It’s a favorite with chefs and cooks around the world. So apart from pouring it into molds, refrigerating it, and then eating it as it is, it can also be used in sauces, blended into drinks, or used for baking and cooking.
