After 2.5 years on a carnivore diet, I’m still fat! Most people start eating this way and the weight falls off them. But not me!
Even my friend (who thought I was nuts when I started this) recently got desperate enough due to her menopausal weight gain and jumped on board a few months ago. To date she’s dropped a massive 14kg.
And to be honest, it’s kind of disheartening…
In this video I’m talking about how I’ve come to the conclusion that a combo of blue light toxicity, insulin resistance and leptin resistance are likely the things that are holding me back, and I’m sharing the changes I’m making to (hopefully) resolve those problems and finally get this weight to start moving.
